Need to modify a part by changing straight grooves for helix?

I have a cylindrical part with grooves cut into it lengthwise the whole way around, 11 total. I need to make a part with the same size grooves, but rather than have them cut straight, i need them cut in a helix. I realize that due to the helix grooves taking up more surface area (parallelogram), I'm going to have to decrease the number of grooves to get the same width. I need to figure out what angle to cut the helix to get the same groove uniform. I need the angle of cut for a ten grooved helix part down to the smallest possible number. The dimensions are, in hundreths of an inch, cylinder diameter 2.19, cylinder length 2.06, groove width .46, groove depth .19, there is a small plateau between the grooves which is .08. I was accused of ordering the removal of the feeding tube of my mother-in-law.?

My 94 yrs.old mother-in-law had a major stroke. She was already given a morphine drip for at least 10+ hours and was in a "dying process." My brother-in-laws all came up and accused me of telling the doctor to take out the feeding tube from her nose. The doctor never asked me, she had mentioned on the previous day that it should be done because her body had already shut down and she didn't need any more fluid in her body. She was barely breathing, and she would die within 24 hours. My husband actually swung at them because he was present when the doctor asked his older brother. They said if I didn't tell the doctor, she would be alive and they can move her to hospice care and she can stay longer with them. This angered my husband and I so much, now my husband won't go to his Mom's funeral because he fears he will lose his temper during the ceremony. I'm so angry I can barely function or sleep. It hurts deeply because we've always taken care of her. Most of our activities evolves around her even when she's in the nursing home. We'd visit her almost every other month or whenever the kids have more than 2 days weekend. I wrote emails explaining to them but they refused to read it. They still say it's my fault that she died. My mom is putting everyone's needs before mine?

My uncle has ALS and needs everyday attention for his needs at home, which is ok for the matter that he would have 1 to 2 years left at the least as he continues to get the right help at home, his caretaker is his wife but she is unable to do it as she had surgery herself, so they setup a so called plan with a nearby hospice, where they would give her a 5 day break from the caretaking, while in the meantime his wife trys to find alternative help after hes released in the 5 days. Now while he is at the hospice, hes in some pain from the ALS, so they give him some medicine which i truly believe is a form of morphine, which knocks him in a vegetable state for the most part. The pain medicine he takes at his house does the job for his pain and there was no need for him to need morphine at the hospice ( the hospice did say he was taking the same meds as he was taking at the house, which is a lie because whatever they gave him put him in a vegetable state) , and thus he is in this vegetable state, he only eats once i think, since they cant give him any ivy or he instantly dies, well nonetheless he was only there 3 days and they call us saying he passed away. Now i know they did something there that killed him as he was not on his way out, he was only there because to give his wife a 5 day break from caregiving. I would bet all my money that they gave him a form of morphine which he did not need and of which destroyed him during his 3 days there, and when i say a vegetable state, i mean completly out of it, cant eat, etc. Does it sound like i have a good case, and that i can seek legal action against this hospice?

I am 23 years old, almost 24 and I am a caregiver for my elderly grandmother. Also, I am newly engaged. Time is the main resource. Time heals everything. You have to get through the experience. That can't be avoided. There are good moments and very bad moments. People being nice and giving condolences is one thing, the actual burial service and all that is always painful.

Question about Congestive Heart Failure?

My husband's grandmother is 85 years old and we living in a nursing home due to severe confusion and dementia. We live in TN and she lives in OH so we aren't there to talk to the doctors. Her son sends us emails very frequently to update us on her condition and we just recently found out that she has fluid around her heart and lungs and is in the later stages of congestive heart failure. Her son has called hospice in along with her care at the nursing home. He said she is currently on medication for the fluid but it will eventually quit working and there will be nothing that they can do for her! I am so sorry that your aunt is going trough this. I have been in the situation with bed sore or decuti.My son was having several episodes in the past. He is paralized from the waist down and weighed about 140#. very thin for a man who is almost 6" tall. It was baisclly bone on skin in back. He had severa episodes and surgeries on them till his skin finnaly tougened up. He has been good at assessing his skin. No more bed sore. Again I am so sorry for you predicament. The best cure for bed sores is prevention and constant assessmemt.

I just lost my father to COPD. I took care of him at home for 2 months til his final breath on 4/20/2011 @ 5:00am. I was there til the end as his Hospice caregiver. I am the oldest of 4. I have not cried once yet. I have teared up, but not fully let go of my emotions. My father always taught me to be strong. I am now fighting depression, and I feel like I am losing. I had a good relationship with my dad and was always there for him and vica versa, I do feel closer to my mother, she has always been there for me. I can't imagine the pain if I was to loose her. So maybe this is a stage of denial, or just selfishness im not sure. But I hope it passes so I can go on with my life. I'm afraid this is gonna effect my marriage also. If it is not practical for all of you to take turns taking care of him or agreeing on a home, in-house care sounds like the best option. He is being taken care of in his own home and everyone can come check on him. Its especially hard to convince your family to accept he is nearing his time and i do not suggest you try. Your more likely to convince your family to have a trained medical attendant to take care of him where they can check up on him regularly check on him to satisfy their concerns and give him professional care, rather then have him put in a home.

Tips on how to get into a good college with a low gpa?

I have a 2.6 overall highschool gpa. I volunteer at a hospice and have played a diverse amount of sports. I don't party and really do not do anything that has distracted me from school. Is it possible to recover lost data from a hard disk?

I was using a hard disk, and needed to partition it. I also had a spare second hard disk (Model: Maxtor 2B020H1) which I hadnt been using for some years. So I thought I would use this spare hard disk to back up my data from the hard disk i needed to partition. I copied all the data (about 13 GB, mostly pictures) from first to the second hard disk. When I had finished partitioning, I connected the the spare MAXTOR hard disk again to copy back the data, but I was SHOCKED to see that it wasnt opening. I had saved the data on D drive, but now when I try to open it, a message shows up saying that I need to format it because it hasnt been formatted yet. And when I point the mouse on it, it also shows that the size of the data on it is 0 bytes!!! I am afraid that if I do format it, I will lose any chance of recovering the data. May be its also relevant to tell that I ran Windows CHKDSK on it i.e the D drive when I restarted the PC. Pls help. The data was very important.

Why do people try to argue that certain music is no longer "relevant"?

I notice a lot of professional and amateur music critics will often try to belittle certain artists/bands and genres/subgenres of music, arguing that they are no longer "relevant" or something along those lines. But as long as music is recorded and available for anyone to listen to, how can it not be relevant? You never know who might pick something up and get inspired by it. What do more/less rifle barrel grooves do? What is a twist rate, and what does it do?

Rifling in the barrel causes spin on the bullet. It has a similar effect to throwing a football. The more tight the spiral on the football the farther it will go. The less spin, the more tumble. As they said before this the muskets tumbled, the football would tumble resulting in less distance. With twist rate on a rifle, i believe the higher the twist rate the more accurate the bullet will be closer. If you are shooting a far target, you want rifling, but not as much. Far targets would be about a mile. I hope i was correct and that this helps

It's been rainy and muddy around here in my horses pasture. I've been trying to pick out her hooves even more frequently than usual to prevent thrush or other disease to the hooves. Today when I was picking out her hooves the area near the bars/seat-of-corn/white line (it was a triangular section in the groove of the hoof) started chipping when I was picking out the grooves of the bar. It was white underneath when It chipped and the white line, started getting more pronounced as I cleaned out the hoof. Alot of junk was coming out of there, but the white line continued to stay brown in color. I'm concerned. The farrier came out and trimmed them awhile back, but she's due for another trim later on this month. When the farrier came (she hadn't had REGULAR hoof care before this so I didn't know what to expect).I had to pull her shoes off myself, and I was worried that I hadn't helped her make the transition as well as I should because I wasn't experienced in those things. Her hooves were completely healthy though.. only thing the farrier had to do was trim her front toes which had gotten long. There were a few ridges in her hooves that he couldn't rasp out (too close to the coronary band). He suggested I put her on horseshoer's secret to grow the hooves out so he could rasp out the ridges quicker. He had said that she had early stages of laminitis in her hooves.. she was FAT before I got her, and has lost a considerable amount of weight, now she's in perfect shape. He said that we wouldn't have to worry about this because it was almost definitly from when she was a fatty, and there wasn't much fibery tissue there:P I have been giving her baths lately.. to sooth her from the flies and mud. She's been getting the horseshoer's secret everyday (the exact amount it says to give her) and she also gets a small scoop of safechoice horse feed with that. These amounts were all recommended by my farrier. Since it's so muddy, the grass hasn't had alot of progress.. so she still gets hay, and she picks around on shoots of grass out in the pasture too. She hasn't been ridden much lately, and now I don't know if I should ride her. She can walk/trot/canter without any noticeable problems. Could this be early signs of white line? Or am I over-reacting.. and it's just a little chipping? Trying to get the farrier on the phone.. but I was wondering what ya'll think I'm up against:/

I'm dating someone in another state. We used to talk/text all the time. He's having a really stressful time because his grandfather was put in hospice, the family is fighting and apparently more focused on fighting than being there for his grandfather. For the past few weeks I have only been able to fall asleep at sunrise. Brown Lines/ Spots in The Grooves of my Back Molars?

On Tuesday I was shining the flash light on my mobile phone in my mouth ( as you do lol) and I noticed this little brown line in the groove on my very back molar on one side and a couple of tiny, pinprick brown spots on the other side. My teeth haven't looked any different than before and you can only see the brown stuff when I shine a bright light in my mouth. They don't hurt or feel sensitive. Its quite a faint brown colour. I had the 2 molars in front of these taken out in march for my brace and nothing was mentioned about it then. I had an x ray at the end of february in that area on both sides of my mouth and there was no sign of decay then. Also I went to the orthodontist on wednesday he he was attaching the wire to the very back teeth and didn't say anything about it. I brush my teeth for three minutes twice a day and use cavity protection mouthwash. Is it possible that they are cavities?

hi my daughters room has cement sheeting (panels) that make up her walls and roof and it looks really bad. We have our books sorted by topic, or series. Our series collections are alphabetical by author's last name. For example we have all the DK books in one place and all the Osborne books in one place. They usually have the topic written on the side. (We don't have them with the front facing out- just shelved). There are some labels on certain things. We have a HUGE collection of autism resources (we should start an autism book store, I swear) and it is labelled with dates because autism research goes gets old really fast. Certain other books have labels on the shelves too. We haven't cataloged them though. I don't see the point really because I can find things easily.

What I did with our bookshelfs is bought some of the name tags that you usually tape to a child's desk, and label them as "Reference" "Young Readers" "Young Adult" "Children" "Bible" and so forth. If you have more room you could label the Reference section into smaller sections, such as "Sewing" "Astronomy" "Gardening", etc. It would be a big project, ask the kids to help out and get it done in a weekend. Alright so to me this sounds fishy and like it was a fatal cocktail for my grandma. While at hospice, they gave her morphine (at a high enough dose that she sedated), ambien (while being sedated on morphine), and Ativan (again while she was sedated on the morphine). Could it be cancer? HELP!!!!?

To try and cut a long story short, I was having seriously excruciating pains in my side so I had scans and it showed a tumour on my gall bladder! Since then I have been having scans 1s a month to check the rate of growth, the doctor told me it is growing at an abnormal rate and is now bigger than the gall bladder itself! I am having my gall bladder completely taken out next week so they can do a biopsy on the tumour! I am only 20 and soooo scared as I haven't even had an operation before! I also volunteer at my local marie curie cancer hospice and see young people dieing of cancer on a daily basis, I am soo scared and don't no what to do! Could this realy be cancer? Things change and it may take longer or shorter than the doctors say. talk to them if you have any doubts and make sure you are kept up to date about his condition so you know what is coming and what to expect.

My aunt is in the final stages of cirrhosis of the liver and is swollen almost three times her size. Her eyes are pretty much swollen shut and it seems like no matter how much blood she loses she still retains her other body fluids. The doctors told her and my family yesterday that they've done everything they could and she is going to die. They gave her the choice to die either in a hospice or at home. It's a very sad situation for my family and I understand her way of living with the bottle has resulted in these problems but I wanna know for sure how much longer she has. I'm scared out of my mind that I won't be even considered when I apply to UD this coming fall. I am a rising senior and part of this un-necessary stress is my fault, and my ignorance towards education itself. I never had a love for any of my teachers; I hated the way the teaching system worked. I had OK grades. Freshman and Sophomore year, I took all Honors classes and 1 or 2 College Prep. Junior year I took all honors and 2 AP classes. My unweighted GPA is a 3.0 and my weighted is around a 3.4. I ran track Freshman year and played soccer sophomore year. I volunteered at my schools community day, and also volunteer at a Hospice. I visit a 90 year old lady w/ dementia who is dieing soon. Its gonna be my third visit today, shes sweet but doesn't talk much..COOL. I want to play Volleyball my senior year, and I am involved in my schools choir. We got invited to London next year!! I want to join a club senior year, I'm not sure exactly what yet. Maybe yearbook. Or YELL (promotes safe driving) and I also signed up to do morning and afternoon anouncments senior year. (Counts as volunteer hours) What are my chances of getting into UD? And do you have any advice on what I should do to increase my chances of getting in? I WANT/NEED TO GET MY BUT INTO UD! My father will not pay tuition for school out of state, only instate which is UD. And he wants me to stay close. And I love UD's campus. My sister also loves the school. I don't know exactly how you feel, but my sister who is 19 got a breast reduction about a month/month and a half ago. She was a 30 EE. Same as you, very tiny, 5'3" about 120lbs. She was reduced to a big b/ small c and so far loves it. No regrets what so ever. Her scars are minimal, about an inch/2inches below the breast. One of the cons is following the surgery you cannot wear bras with underwire for quite some time, but other than that there is nothing to be worried about. Although you are still quite young and most people may tell you you'll grow into them, if you have very cold feet it could be best to wait a year or two. If your going to wait, something to take into consideration is that it is often hard to get back on the list for breast reduction (in canada) not sure about the U.S. Hope this helps!

Earlier this evening I was pulled over while returning home from a trip. The officer, in addition to asking to see my license, asked if there was a phone number I could be reached at in the event that they have any questions for me. I've gotten speeding tickets before, but no one was ever asked for my number. Why would the officer do that? And what questions could they possibly ask? Tire has a indent line very small?

I went to mcdonalds today through the drive through and it was very narrow. I bumped the curb and felt it bump barely. However now there is a small indent on the tire that follows the lines of the side wall, is it dangerous to drive on this? I just got these new tires and really hope this one is not damaged, it's not super noticable but if you look at the tire close you can see a line going from the edge of the rim to the edge of the tire. It's not irregular shaped, or pushing outward just a slight inward groove. Anyone with some expertise on this? How much would it cost to repair? Can it be repaired?

Mom passed away a couple days ago, how long will i feel this sad?

15 years old, i used to have the perfect family but my mom started drinking and i ended up in a foster home. i tried to save her so many times, but i remember being little and her needing to be rrushed to the hospital because her liver was so bad but now i look back and i look at our messeges between each toher trying to set up visits but she would show up drunk and i didnt know what to do but i was so mean to her and now i feel horrible i thought i was helping her, she went to treatment so many times and right before she got really sick she was sober for 3months and was so proud becausee she went to AA but then she ended up in the hospital and i didnt know what to do. and she was in there for 5 months and she contracted a virus called ensuphulitus which attacks your brain and suffered from brain damage and memroy loss. i hated being with her in public but now looking back i feel horrible and sart cryiung. after she got out of ICU but her liver was so bad that she went into liver failure and the doctors said ther ewas nothing mroe they could do, her kidneys were failing now and she could talk to us, she was in a coma. she would open ehr eyes occasionly but she was moved to hospice last week. and i gave her a rock with 2 bears in it and it says i love you and iu gave it to her when i was 5 but then she gave it back to me and so i gave it to her the day she passed then later when she passed she was holding it.i just remember so many memories, camping, skating competitiions, singing in the car, vacations, and so much more. everyone tells me how much she loved me and i love ehr so much but i dont even know. she alwasy tried to get ahold of me but i never answered or gave her one word answers and before she went into a coma she told my step dad (i dont knoe my dad ) that she hopes i forgive her for ruining my life. and now i miss her so much and i cry everyday at least 8 times. i miss her so much and we had people staying with up and we made a shrine for my mom and the rock was there but then the 3 year old girl took it and put it somwhere, im so upset i dont know what to do. everyone is asking me if im okay and there therre for me. i miss her so much, before she passed i told her i forgave her and i hope she forgives me for being so horrible and how she deserved a better kid then me. but i look at pictures and miss her so much, i think how this wasnt supposed to happen, i love her so much but i was so horrible, and she tried so hard to get me back, and my step dad is a mess and i want to help him but i dont know how because i just cry. i want her back, any one please help me get through this. i miss her so so so much and i wish i couldve tried harder to save her and spend everyday with her loving her. just someone tell me how long im going to feel like this. i couldve saved her i tried so hard. but now shes gone forever.

I am having testicular pain. Is there any significant danger, and what should I do about it?

I am a 16 year old male, and I am having pain localized to the bottom of my left testicle. For a few months about a year and a half ago, I was having similar pain. While it was less severe, it was more frequent. After a while, it simply went away and i thought it was gone until about a week ago when the pain returned stronger than ever. Every other day or so, for the last week, i have had episodes of testicular pain (about a 6 on a scale of 1-10) that last about a minute, then go away. If i touch the bottom of my left testicle during an episode, the pain is significantly increased, but it does not hurt to the touch at any other time. I'm not sure if this is relevant or if this happens to everyone, but my testicles sometimes feel very sore after masturbating. I have done a bit of research, but nothing seems to quite fit my symptoms. I did see one website in which it was suggested that excessive masturbation could be the cause, but I masturbate once a day with rare exception, which would not be considered "excessive." Another website suggested a bacterial infection, but I have been on antibiotics multiple times over the last year for sinus infections, and I do not have a Fever or any other symptoms of infection, so that is pretty much ruled out. Some websites suggested that it may be an STD, but I am a virgin which rules that out. Another has been testicular torsion, which, as this has been inconsistent pain for more than a year, it seems unlikely. I have also come across testicular cancer as a possibility, but i checked and did not notice any abnormalities or differences between my two testicles. Additionally, there is absolutely no history of cancer in my family except for my grandmother who has lymphoma so mild that nothing needed to be done about it. Finally, there has been no potential injury to my testicles. Do you have any other ideas of what it could be? Do you think there is any significant immediate danger? Thank you so much.

Not at all. My Husband's Mother had Pancreas Cancer, and she didn't become angry. She slept most of the time. I am sure he is "Irritated" Because he is in pain, and knows he's dying. He's just "Frustrated". It's a normal feeling, but not "Caused" By Pancreas Cancer.He will most likely have about a month left to a few weeks. Need help with situation in caring for my father who is dying of prostate cancer.?

My dad has been living with me and my family for 4 years and has had prostate cancer for 14. My husband works out of town and will not be back until fall so it is me and my two young daughters. As long as your dogs are friendly they can be inside. These people are coming over for your Grandfathers comfort and will not care about your home being spotless. Many moms and kids worry about how their home will appear to others. Its drastic but you could always get clippers and shave them down while hospice is coming.

How do you take off bauer inline skates' wheels?

The skates have two screws on each side and I have matching Allen wrenches that fit but when I take one screw off, the other one just spins with the grooved rod through the wheel that holds the screws. Volunteer at a church nursery, daycare or babysit for friends and relatives. That will definitely get rid of the baby urge for now. You really should finish college, get a job in your career field, and live a little before having a baby. Life as you know it will end once a baby comes. If your BF says he is not ready then the worst thing to do is push a baby on him. Babies add stress to relationships, not bring you closer. So you need to be solid in your relationship (hopefully married) and in your life before being responsible for another human being.

My grandma's cancer is everywhere. She's in a Hospice right now, and I spoke to her today. She didn't say anything back to me. I told her about how much I love her, some of our memories and I sang to her. She's going to die very soon. When my aunt said goodbye to her, my grandma said "I love you" but she didn't say it to me. I just don't know what to do, she's so important to me. How can I prepare for when she really dies?

Should I move on past my ex?

So about four days ago my ex fiancee of six years and I split up. I decided to move 12 hours away with my child to clear my head. The break up was me thinking he was cheating and pulling away from me and him saying for two months he had thought long and hard and said he hadn't loved me in two years and it would be best for me to leave. He said by leaving our negative environment wouldn't affect our ten month old baby.a couple days Later however he said the break was bc I couldn't be patient enough to leave him be ie give him enough space, not push him and nag him and just be patient for him to work for his promotion. He let me take our daughter away as well without a fight. He also told me that he never thought we could be together again however I ask him in maybe a couple months if we could reconcile once we have had space he tells me he doesn't know bc two months is a long time. Aother big issue we had was about two months ago he started texting this girl all the time and I found out through a phone bill. I asked him to stop but he said he's a grown *** man and does what he wants and I need to trust him. The issue escalated when one night he went out and I saw call records showing he was texting her non stop and then they stopped so I assumed he was with her and cheated on me. Later on I felt like a horses *** bc I found out he never cheated I was just making up my theories. My question is do you think space might heal this? Why is he still texting this girl all the time and what could she mean to him? This girl lives in a city he will leave shortly for a promotion so I don't think he's looking for long term with her. If I do no contact with him other than discussing his daughter will he change his mind? It'd hard bc he will say something like I won't change my mind and then says he wants to keep in contact and he even texted me the other day to tell me about his job promotion which isn't relevant to me since we are broken up. I just get confused bc he says he doesn't want me yet he texted me to make sure we got to our destination okay and is worried about us. So, should I give him a couple months to figure out what we both want? Or should I move on bc all signs are pointing to an end? Also we have broken up once before and within a month and a half we were back on bc we missed each other so much. I just feel that if he didn't have some feelings left he wouldn't even bother talking to me at all. I think just how difficult it has been lately is why he said those things or could it be an influence of this new girl? Please respond....I want my family back so bad but don't want to sit around waiting for him if I don't have a chance.

Will someone interpret my dream?

I was falling from the ceiling into a chair made of what looked to be cellulite or cottage cheese or something... I just remember smelling this overwhelming odor. It smelled like Old Spice & cigarettes & some kind of candy. It was a good smell, but I just started crying... and at that moment, I realized I was in a waiting room in a hospital & I didn't know why or what I was there to see. I just sat there picking at my EXTREMELY elastic-like skin. Then, the nurse at the front desk called me into the back. So I stood, not really knowing where I was going. I walked down a long hallway with floating black balloons but i had to keep ducking underneath them because the strings would sting me like jellyfish. So I made it to the end of the hallway and walked through the door and into a room made of windows that was up really high. There was this lady I had never met lying in a hospital bed, but the bed was made of school desks covered in tarps, but they looked like newspapers. There were these bugs & spiders crawling out of her like she wasn't even alive. I tried to ask her who she was, but no sound would come from my mouth no matter how much I screamed. A nurse came in & put a straight jacket on me...and quickly, the straight jacket became stained with blood. I asked the nurse why, & she said that bleeding without wounds was a side effect of the glue I had ingested. So I opened my mouth & all this dust & birds flew out, and the birds were holding little bags of Elmer's Glue. Then I look over at the lady, and she looked older. I looked in the mirror that randomly appeared, and realized I was older as well. I looked around & realized I was in a museum of my writings, but they started melting & then I was back in the waiting room holding a black balloon, wearing rubber gloves that said "Hospice."

God is God of the living, not the dead (Mark 12:27). Your GF is alive and well in a spiritual body (we have 2 bodys - flesh and spirit as seen in 1st Corinthians 15:40-44). Scriptures s/a Ecclesiastes 12:7 and 2nd Corinthians 5:7-8 teach us that instantly at the death of the flesh body, the spirit body returns to the Lord who gave it. Our heavenly Father is a God of love. He loves HIs children. Even the sinful malefactor on the cross beside Christ went instantly to paradise upon death of his flesh (Luke 23:39-43). Your GF is in peace. Live a good Christian life and make him proud.

Would I be able to have my ear re-pierced after this...?

Yeah you can, I've re-pierced my cartilage 3 times and it's just fine. However, I decided to take it out and I have a super tiny, non noticeable bump on my ear, but that's because I didn't use a hallow needle (which is recommended for cartilage).

I personally believe what gender is not relevant to the spiritual self in any way, shape or form and is only a physical and societal thing. As in, without a physical being and without the influence of society would gender exist or do you think its a false creation? Could it be cancer? HELP!!!!?

To try and cut a long story short, I was having seriously excruciating pains in my side so I had scans and it showed a tumour on my gall bladder! Since then I have been having scans 1s a month to check the rate of growth, the doctor told me it is growing at an abnormal rate and is now bigger than the gall bladder itself! I am having my gall bladder completely taken out next week so they can do a biopsy on the tumour! I am only 20 and soooo scared as I haven't even had an operation before! I also volunteer at my local marie curie cancer hospice and see young people dieing of cancer on a daily basis, I am soo scared and don't no what to do! Could this realy be cancer? I’m a sixteen year old, who just finished my sophomore year of high school. I’ve had a rough last couple of years with peers. I also would like to raise some more awareness to adolescents lives on subjects that I feel a lot of adults talk to kids about but the kids don’t listen to them because of the age difference, like bullying (I just recently had a peer whom I went to school with for 10 years just hang them self because their whole life they have been bullied), drugs, and alcohol. What I am looking for is a new beginning. In life I feel my calling is to help others. I love feeling needed by someone. For free time after school I volunteered at places like hospice and Salvation Army. I love to be social and in situations I try to imagine myself in others situations to get a feel for what’s going on. I’m looking for, for my junior year to have a new beginning, totally fresh start. I’m currently enrolled in virtual school so I’m looking to move somewhere else where I would be needed. I’m looking for somewhere with decent weather, not somewhere that snows. Here is a little background. My husband and I have been married nearly three years. He has adopted my child a six year old. His mother is dying of cancer right now she is on hospice at home and is not doing good at all. She is remarried and her husband has grandchildren as well. The sister in law takes over only one of my father in laws grandchildren and does not show any of the other children the same kindness. She acts gets this child every other weekend and when she has her acts like this is her child. Also on FB her and her friends put update all the time about my mother in law but do not include my husband for example one of her close friends put please pray for Becky(my MIL who is sick) and continue to pray for the "girls" and Gary (my father in law) Another thing they ordered shirts to raise money for my mother in laws expenses and we did not order our shirts the first day they put them on sale but took her the money the next day well our shirts did not get ordered. She said they will be ordered the next time which will be the next week. So my husband goes to work today and his mother worked at the same place when she was able well everyone has on their shirts today. Then he went to the bank where my sister in law works at and they all have on the shirts as well at the bank. Then he goes to the other bank in town where we have a loan and he needed to pay they all have the shirts as well. I understand about waiting on mine and my childs and my mothers and grandmothers shirts can wait but you are not telling me she could have not swapped out my husbands order for someone elses, and got them on the next round? Am I just overreacting? Also my husband went to visit his mom a couple of days ago and she was able to open her eyes and speak to him just a hello but she had not spoke in five days well later that afternoon the sister in law puts on FB "I guess I am just going to move in with mom, she had another good morning and talked to Wesley (my husband) and Gary(FIL) I miss eveything" This is just really making me mad and I dont want to say anything to her because their mom is dying but I am tired of her treating my family like we are nothing to them. How long will it take for me to learn bass?

Hey guys, I was thinking about picking up a bass guitar! I love Bass I love the groove and everything it's just so awesome, it adds epicness to songs. I'm almost level-4 in piano and I play school cello for two years now (not an experienced player) and I can read tabs on guitar and play simple songs like "Smells Like Teen Spirit." However, I suck at tuning my guitar so I can't tune my guitar to play all the songs that I like. I was wondering, on bass do you have to do that or are you on standard the whole time? If I get a bass guitar I'll play it about two-three hours each day, I'll put a lot of time and dedication but how long would it take to learn bass parts to pop rock songs or songs like "She Will Be Loved" by Maroon 5? And how long would it take to learn "Hysteria" by Muse on Bass?

hey everyone. my grandad has small cell lung cancer, and has had it for about a year and a half. now, in just a matter of like 2 weeks, he cant walk anymore, cant pee, so we had a catheter put in, has hospice, and gets a new symptom everyday. lately he is calling the sky home. he is confined to his chair and hospital bed. he is at home. my grandparents live with us. me and my mom are the only ones strong enough to be able to lift him up, because now he is complete dead weight. he cant support himself at all anymore, and cant walk, nothing. we have to pick him up and try to get him stable on his feet while still holding him up, just so he can use the bedside potty hospice gave us. lately he keeps telling us im tired i want to go home. and then he points up after we ask where is home and he points up and says thats home. and he's talking to people that have died a long time ago and having conversations with them, and telling us they are waiting for him to go home. he has at the most maybe 2 weeks. he gets worse everyday. he is my BESTFRIEND and the only man that has been stable in my whole life. He never got to see me drive, im thankful that he's here still for my 18th birthday, but we're losing him. my question is, has anybody else been through this like this? i dont need smart-*** answers like yes people have gone through this. this is the hardest thing ive been through in my life, and ive been through some really really hard times. i need advice on this, or any personal stories?

There should be something that separates the wood from the concrete. The concrete is porous so it such as water up and will rot the wood. If there is nothing separating it, take all the wood out and do it again the right way.
