he is mildly retarded and has full blown AIDS i don't know alot about aids but his face is peeling bad he has the purple spots very skinny horse voice his t cell count is 103 and isnt on any of his medicines at what stage is he do i look for a hospital or a hospice my heart is broke and i need help please respond
