Ladies i need you to answer this one!?

I have been dating my girlfriend for 9 months now off and on. We have broken up twice, that might be relevant im not sure yet that is why im asking. Anyways my question, We used to have a very sexual lifestyle it used to be 3 sometimes 4 times a day for i don't know how long. Sometimes i had to tell her "babe im tired right now" And as of about 2 months ago im lucky if its twice a week. Im extremely frustrated with this and she barely lets me touch her, and sometimes when i go to kiss her she will pull her head away. And just today i told her last night i wanted to have a romantic night tonight, we were txting each other dirty all day long. I get off of work i go and buy steaks and stuff for a salad, plus tall candles for the dinner, I txt her to come over in an hour and apparently she has been sitting at the pool outside of her house drinking all day after she got off work and needs me to come get her or she isn't coming over.
