What is THE best and THE worst thing to happen to/for your family this month?

I have a cyst inside of my uterus which caused me to have a chemical pregnancy in November and February. I just had another one last night. The good news is that now that I've had a third miscarriage the doctor has agreed to finally remove the cyst. So hopefully I'll get pregnant this month and it will stick.
