Can I get into St. George's Medical School with a 3.4 gpa?

My freshman year started a bit rough due to a terrible roommate. The following year I was on the dean's list and I plan to graduate in two years with a bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Health with a minor in biology and a 3.4 cumulative gpa. I have always had an extreme interest in the medical field. I currently work as a Nurse Assistant to get my experience in. I have also worked in a cadaver lab and was not the least bit squeamish! I also volunteer at a hospice and have been involved with biology research at my university. Do I stand a chance to get into St. George's medical school? Where else should I apply! I'm so nervous about this upcoming process :(
