Hey I'm 15 what are my rights against CPS?

Hey recently my mom was falsly accused from a social worker. She reported her to Cps amd mow they want to interview me and check our house. But my grandpa is in hospice and he only has a few days left. So what should i do? I dont want them to take the little time i have from him away. Also what do i do i they try and take me from my mom? Do i have any rights then? Also we have caught them in several lies. Should we sue? Please answer ASAP
