Need help with situation in caring for my father who is dying of prostate cancer.?

My dad has been living with me and my family for 4 years and has had prostate cancer for 14. My husband works out of town and will not be back until fall so it is me and my two young daughters. Hospice is involved. He has declined very suddenly, has stopped eating and hardly ever drinks. I know his time is very limited. Sometimes it is very stressful. I feel very guilty (too guilty to bring this up to hopsice) but I know soon he will loose control of his bowels. I am not at all comfortable with cleaning him up after accidents. Any advice welcome.
