Fundraising for rowcroft hospice ideas?

Me and a group of friends (there are 5 of us all together) we are going to be raising money for Rowcroft Hospice in Torbay, we are trying to raise a target amount of �1000, we have about 4p so far... we need fundraising ideas, the crazier the better, we dont want anything predictable like a fun run or carboots or anythinng like that... we need crazy "out there" ideas, (as long as it's legal).thanks!!!
