Health interfering with job...?

Hi...I work for hospice and I love what I do,... But lately I have been in so much pain and I may be suffering from a muscle disease or something becuz all of my muscles are inflammated and leave me in horrible pain..oh yeah pain meds don't work either...well my patients are seeing a different side of me...I don't stay with them as long and they feel that I act completely different..how can I change this becuz I love my job and I want to go back to bein that sweet person I always been...thx 4 the advice
