My mom is putting everyone's needs before mine?

Okay, so I'm 13, just thought I should start out with that. My family has been in a really hard time. My grandma had been on hospice since April 3rd, until May 3rd when she passed away. That entire time my mom, my aunt, and my uncle have been living there with my grandma and papa. Now, i understand that but, my mom has been completely neglecting me. Now I'm not living alone, Mia has been here who is our roommate. She's been like an aunt to my and has lived here my entire life. But my mom hasn't bought me food this entire time, and Mia was off work for a month because of pneumonia. And she doesn't have the money to buy food for the both of us. My mom and I are going grocery shopping tomorrow morning, but I recently found out we only have 50 dollars on our food stamp card. We should have about 240. And for this whole time I would expect that it might be down to 180 or so, but 50?! She apparently bought Christmas ornaments and a much of other Sh** from my papa and repayed him in food stamps. I think thats totally ridiculous and unfair to me. She hasn't moved back from my papa's for these 2 weeks after my grandma passed. I cant stand this, I need f***i*ng food!! What do i do??
