Schengen visa denied twice..?

I have applied last year for hungarian schengen visa in moscow,my application for rejected.This year i applied for Austria,again the result was the same.I had all the relevant details etc..but stil it got turned down.My question that in future if i apply for any other schengen visa,will my previous rejections affect my case..thank you
