Where does the money that is collected from sales at Hospice thrift stores go.?

I know that Hospice care is paid for by Medicare and other insurance's, and I know that people that need Hospice care and don't have health insurance or can't qualify for Medicare can apply for Medical. So that is my question. When you shop at these Hospice thrift stores, where is the money going, and who is it going to?
