Is it worrying that some of the aspects in Obama's healthcare bill mirror Hitlers in the 1930's?

There is a clause where every person on the bill has a counselling session every 5 years that tells them methods of effectively ending their life if they get seriously ill. How to under hydrate, hospices to attend, how to stop eating. This meeting is also arranged when people become seriously ill. This is effectively a death panel, the same as was used under nazi germany. The 500 million cut in healthcare means that some people, even though they are getting healthcare have not been accounted for. This also doubles up on Obama's eugenics plan. When are people going to wake up to this evil mans policies?
