What do you do when you work in a hospice?

As a member of an interdisciplinary team, you provide services to address issues of symptom management and pain control . What you do as a member of the team depends on what discipline you are. Nurses Aides, Nurses, Doctors, Social Worker, spiritual counselors, pharmacy, volunteers, and administrative office workers all have skills that make a hospice work.
