I am being sued for libel.?

My aunt just passed recently at her home with hospice care and myself at her side from the beginning to the end and being her nephew and being the only one close to her, took care of all her affairs, having a durable power of attorney which no one else would do. I also did her funeral arrangements and also signed a form at the time stating there was no other blood relative. But she has a half brother that lives out of state that was contacted before I did and showed up the next day at my door step and I stated where the funeral home was.There he went with his step son signed a notarized form to view my aunt and after was asked if he wanted to do any changes and said no and walked out. I knew the only reason he came is because he thought he would claim the house my aunt and mother owned, which my mother also passed away two months before my aunt did. What he didn't know was that my aunt had asked me to add my name to the deed which was done and recorded. I had bought that house for them but did not have my name put on the deed at the time but still have a copy of my cashier's check with my name on it and I also have receipts of real estate taxes that I have been paying for them.Her half brother feels that he should be entitle to the house. He and no one else have never shed ed a dime for them. What do you think about this situation and how do you think I stand?
